To become customer of Botwez marketing private limited, the individual must be an Indian citizen and his/her age must not be less than 18 years.

If the person is Non - Resident Indian (NRI), person of Indian origin (PIO) or overseas citizen of India (OCI), he/she requires special permission from Botwez marketing private limited.
- Prospective customers should bear a good moral character and should not have any past or present criminal background or record.

People Who want to be a customer of Botwez marketing private Limited must fil and submit the registration form along with self- attested KYC document as required by Botwez marketing private limited.

Registration in BoTwez marketing private limited is 100% free.
- For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you", “your” or "user"
shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.
- BoTwez Marketing Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application/registration from without having to give any explanation whatsoever.
- Once the prospect gets registered with Botwez Marketing private limited the company allots special code which allow the customer to sale and purchase Botwez products as a direct seller.
WHO CAN NOT APPLY
- Any individual who is/was in jail for any criminal offence.
- Individual who is convicted of an offense punishable by a prison term.
- Person having any criminal record.
- Person who is mentally disturbed according to his/her medical report.
- Any individual who has been suspended from his/her current profession or business by any professional association, society or institution
- Person who is associated/connected with other direct selling company. if he/she desire to enter in Botwez Marketing private limited as a direct seller he/she
HOW A CUSTOMER CAN BE A DIRECT SELLER
After registering a customer with Botwez marketing Pvt Ltd, if a person wishes to sell and purchase products of Botwez marketing pvt ltd and want to be a direct seller of Botwez marketing pvt ltd, he/she needs to:
- Active his/her code within 7 days of his/her registration date.
- To Activate the code, customer needs to purchase any product of his/her choice from any Botwez office/Authorised distribution center.
HOW A DIRECT SELLER CAN INTRODUCE A NEW CUSTOMER
- To expand the Botwez Marketing pvt ltd business, a direct seller should visit their knowns and explain the Botwez business opportunity. a direct seller may also take assistant and support from his/her sponsor direct seller.

If a prospective customer takes the Botwez business opportunity in a positive way, the direct seller may ask the his/her prospect to fill up the free registration form and get his/her code activated.

The direct seller can also motivate a new direct seller to make the required purchases and complete the required BV criteria prescribed by Botwez Marketing private limited.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Botwez Marketing private limited does not promise/ guarantee any definite income to any direct seller.

Botwez Marketing private limited does not offer any incentive in cash to anybody any time.

All the earning of the direct seller solely depends upon the product sale and purchase by his/her known customers.

The code of Direct seller is non- transferable.

Age per product return policy framed by Botwez Marketing pvt ltd, a direct seller is eligible to return the purchase products within 30 days of purchase date and may get refund.

In any situation, after 30 days of product purchase date product return is not possible as per product return policy, Botwez Marketing private limited reserve all the rights.

Every direct seller is required to assist his/her downline direct seller.

No direct seller is permitted to become the direct seller of any other direct selling company. if any direct seller of Botwez marketing private limited desires to join any other direct selling company, then he/she must resign and surrender his code.

A direct seller must not make any claim, commitments to the general public about the product, company or his/her own position in the company that are not supported by Botwez marketing pvt ltd.

The direct seller will not have any right/authority to incur any debt/liabilities/obligations for and on behalf of the company.

To impress The general public, direct seller shall not exaggerated or misrepresent benefit associated with the company, company's product and services

The direct seller will not have any right/authority to be involved in any type of cash transactions on behalf of the company .

The product description, labelling, packaging and pricing done by the company is final. the direct seller is not allowed to alter the description re-lable, repack or sell the product at a price which is not fixed by the company.

Upon the date of the direct seller, the code shall transfer to the nominee which he/she has mentioned in the registration form. the nominee will be entitled to receive all the benefits this process is done after the application submitted by nominee with death certificate of direct seller along with all required documents.

In case of any correspondence with the company, the direct seller should always quote his code received from Botwez marketing private limited.

Any violence of the above rules will be treated as unfair and unethical trade practice against Botwez Marketing pvt ltd and the defaulter Shall be liable for penalty and punishment decided by Botwez Marketing private limited.

In case of any dispute between a direct seller and Botwez Marketing pvt ltd, the decision taken by Botwez Marketing private limited shall be treated as final and binding on all the direct sellers.
CODE TERMINATION POLICY FOR DIRECT SELLER

1. As per rules and regulation 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 mention in this registration form, Botwez Marketing pvt Ltd will give show cause notice to the direct seller and will give 15 days time to reply. if he/she fails to reply within the allotted time the company will terminated the code without any notice.

- If Botwez Marketing pvt Ltd finds that a direct seller is having any type of connection with other direct selling company, then Botwez Marketing pvt Ltd has full rights to terminate he code of the direct seller without any notice.
- The direct seller's code may Also be terminated on the grounds of deliberate damage to the Botwez marketing Pvt Ltd name, products, assets etc. Botwez marketing Pvt Ltd also reserves the right to forfeit the incentive payable to the direct seller.
- Once the code is terminated, the direct seller is not allowed to use the business support material provided by Botwez Marketing Pvt Ltd, Botwez marketing pvt ltd logo symbols pins, badges, stationery or any other item which is directly or indirectly related with Botwez marketing pvt ltd.
- After termination of the code Botwez marketing Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any type of transaction done by the direct seller.
LEGAL AND TAXATION CONSIDERATION

PAN card and service tax (if applicable) number is mandatory at the time of submission of kyc.

Taxes shall applicable as per the applicable act.
- Every direct seller is solely responsible for operating his Botwez business in accordance with the law and rules and regulation applicable.
- Every direct seller is responsible for understanding his individually tax and legal situation and his advice to discuss the same with his own tax and legal consultant before starting with the Botwez business.
- Direct seller are advice to maintain true and correct records of their business and pay all Texes and obtain necessary registration.
- Direct seller are also advise to keep the maintain proper books of account and all other records related with their commissions receive from botwez marketing Private Limited.
CODE OF ETHICS FOR DIRECT SELLER
The direct seller is required to remember the code of ethics at all times. the company reserves the right to terminate the code at any time for any violation. the direct seller must adhere to the following guidelines

The direct seller shall follow high standards of honesty, truthfulness and integrity.

A direct seller must be deligent and truthful in his/her all conversation with his/her customers and his/her should always provide correct and truthful information about the company, products and services without any objection.
- The direct seller will not misguide any customer or general public regarding company's product and services offered by Botwez marketing pvt ltd.
- Every diaries seller is expected to the sincere in his/her intentions and always read to put their efforts towards team formation and promotion of Botwez Marketing Pvt Ltd product and services.
- The direct seller shall work with devotion, full commitment, sincerity and deliver the best result.
- The direct seller will not make negative or wrongful remarks about the company, its products, its services, its officer, its employees and other people.
- The direct seller will not retail the product/services through any retail outlets.
- The direct seller will not instigate encourage, indulge and or guide customers/downline for extra rebate/product return.
- Every direct seller shall explain the product detail strictly in accordance to the details mention on the product literature, without any misleading or false claims.
- The direct seller shall explain the Botwez Marketing Pvt Ltd business opportunity to the prospect in an honest manner and encourage them to register.
Botwez Marketing private limited reserves the right to make any policy amendment from time to time in order to ensure complete compliance to its policies and procedures. Botwez Marketing private limited will not allow any outside interference in his matter.
I have read and understood all the terms and conditions carefully and I agree with the same. I shall follow all the rules and code of conduct as mentioned above in this form.
